This App provide 3 major services: 1. Pay for electricity bill 2. query for electric consumption 3. notice and announcement
1. Pay for electricity bill: System regularly get bill from power system. User can pay for the cost by use account remaining funds. If user account remainning funds not enough to pay for the bill, you can recharge your account funds by use third party software which like aliy pay and wechat pay.
2. Query for electric consumption: System regularly get the electric power consumption information from power system for user. These information include current electric consumption and history consumption, and all the information will push to APP system for user query.
3. notice and announcement： There are two types of noice and announcement, 1. Arrearage information 2. Notice and Message. Platform can actively or passive get user account arrearage information from power system. And these information can push to App client system. Power system can push and publish Notice and Message to platform, then platform can push the information to app client system.
